We strive to process and ship all orders within three days of purchase, excluding pre-orders. For pre-order items, shipping will occur within one week from the release date.
Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery times or take responsibility for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, we encourage you to contact your shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
